BodyTalk, Reiki and Lymphatic session can be conducted through in person sessions. These sessions involve the client lying fully clothed on a treatment table. Session are currently conducted from a comfortable healing space within Jennifer's home. On occasion, Jennifer's cats do try to be part of the sessions.

BodyTalk, Reiki and Lymphatic session can also be done energetically remotely. Theses sessions are done through a video call where the client finds a comfortable spot within the home to recline and relax. In circumstances where the client is unable to be live, the session can also be conducted with the results being shared through email or an audio recording.

Observation has shown that remote sessions are not only as effective as in-person treatment and on occasion appear to be even more effective. On a daily basis individuals are influenced by our environment and the stressors within that environment weather it be at home, office our other activities . People often relate to this idea when they consider how they feel on the inside when their environment on the outside in in disarray. For example when you have a messy house, often people will feel like their internal emotional and mental state is a mess. When we conduct a session while the client is surrounded by their personal “triggers” it seems to highlight the daily stressors that may be having an impact on the health and wellness of the client and bring them forward as opportunities for healing.

Animal are very intuitive and are open and aware of energy work. For the safety of both the animal and the practitioner all animal sessions are done off the animals body and use a surrogate or are done energetically. The animal is not confined in any way and allowed to continue to move throughout the space and even leave the space during the session. Sometimes the session will trigger a need for the animal to urinate or release their bowls as things move through their system.
